Tuesday there is meditation before the asana practice from 4 to 4:20. Tuesday 4:30 to 5:30 pm modified ashtanga is back.
Kira is teaching Vinyasa Flow at 6:30 on Wednesdays. Excellent way to detox and warm up. See you there.

All classes are open to men and women and teens. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, refrain from eating 3 to 4 hours before class and drink plenty of water.
