Drop-ins $10 adult and $5 teens
All classes are open to men and women and teens.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, refrain from eating 3 to 4 hours before class and drink plenty of water.

It is an intense self study applying the principles of the eight limbs of the yoga discipline. Asana practice, mediation and pranayama are some of the methods used to go deeper into your practice, along with philosophy and the history.
