By now you must know how safe and healthy you are. Starting Monday, June 1, the Monday night Astanga will resume with strict proocol and social distancing.
Tuesday, May 19, the modified Astanga will start at 4:15.
Thursday I am offering a class at 11: am. It is a cross between Yin and Gentle. Email or message if you are interested. No more than 8 at this time. Later this will move to Thursday at 5:00. But for now I want to maintain some sort of space.
The Next NEW Intro will start whenever:-)
*Wednesday, Mattea will teach an hour class starting at 6: pm. Intermediate class designed for those who have finished the intro class and would like to continue their practice and build confidence in the poses. We will do the modified ashtanga practice with clear verbal cues as well as learn more poses and modifications from the ashtanga primary series. There will also be an opportunity to learn other poses outside of the ashtanga practice as class will be slightly different every week. Maximum 6 for now.

All classes are open to men and women and teens. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, refrain from eating 3 to 4 hours before class and drink plenty of water.
